Master 30

The new Master 30 further enriches the range of Intermac work
centres, and has been designed for companies requiring high
production rhythms and for small businesses needing to automate
their production process.
Equipped with a work table of over three metres in length, the
Master 30 provides the same sturdiness, precision and speed as
those obtainable from higher performance machines currently
available on the market.
For just a small investment, the Master 30 will supply top quality
results.
A detailed study of both the commercial and technical requirements
of those operating within the sector has led to the creation of a
machine tool in which the numerical control is fully integrated in a
PC running Windows XP, thus simplifying machine management as
much as possible.

T Axis (opt.)

The T-axis, which can be tilted from 0 to 5°, allows hollowing operations to obtain inclined surfaces.

Worktable

The machine’s base is made up of an extremely rigid structure upon which is placed an aluminium worktable rectified to grant maximum flatness of the work area. This is an indispensable condition to get a perfect processing result.

Tool change (opt.)

12-position linear tool change with automatic tool loading through
the working unit.
On request, the machine can be equipped with an optional second
tool magazine.

Machine control

Master 30 is equipped with the IWNC numerical control integrated into a personal computer with a Windows interface. The advantages of this solution are evident and introduce a new standard in the design of this type of machine. The use of a PC with Windows XP operating system is extremely simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic supports. The PC is supplied complete with CD-ROM drive, modem and network card, 15” colour monitor and Windows XP operating system.The PC modem and teleservice software enables remote diagnostics and software. It's possible to connect a webcam to the PC, to save and transmit in real time to the service department, instant images of some details of the machine.
