Master 33The Master series work centres for the processing of stone offer to final users highly advanced technical solutions. Some examples of possible workingsThanks to the various aggregates and accessories and to the flexibility of the operating head Master are real multi-functional work centres able to carry out the most difficult and different processing, granting the best finishing quality of the product. C Axis (opt.) The continuous rotating C axis allows the execution of straight cuts with vertical circular blade and curvilinear cuts with convex blade. It also allows the optimal execution of water slots and lateral writing on curvilinear surfaces through the dedicated aggregates. WorktableThe machine's base is made up of an extremely rigid structure upon which is placed an aluminium worktable rectified to grant maximum flatness of the work area. This is an indispensable condition to get a perfect processing result. Tool change14 position rotating tool change on which is possible to manually and safely load the tools even when the machine is working. As optional it is possible to equip the machine with an additional 14 position tool change. Revolver tool change (opt.)The revolver tool change on head’s board at 8 position reduces the tool change time up to 50% without reducing the axis stroke of the machine. Ideal for fast processing. Machine controlThe Master series working centres are equipped with the IWNC numerical control integrated into a personal computer with a Windows interface. The advantages of this solution are evident and introduce a new standard in the design of this type of machine. The use of a PC with Windows XP operating system is extremely simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic supports. The PC is supplied complete with CD-ROM drive disk drive, modem and network card, 15” colour monitor and Windows XP operating system. The PC modem and teleservice software enables remote diagnostics and software. It's possible to connect a webcam to the PC, to save and transmit in real time to the service department, instant images of some details of the machine.
